Mini Table Saw for Crafts and Woodworking

This mini table saw comes with 4 different types of blades to cater to a variety of cutting needs. The saw is powered by a 96W 7-speed adjustable power supply, allowing you to control the cutting speed as required. The height of the saw blade can be adjusted from 0 to 19/32 inches, and the cutting depth can be set between 0 to 1/2 inches, not exceeding the 19/32 inch blade height.

Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, the 5mm thick panel, backer, and angle ruler provide a sturdy and durable construction. The saw also features an angle ruler with a precise scale to aid in accurate cutting. For a safer and cleaner work environment, the mini table saw is equipped with a dust absorption tube and chip discharge port.

The size of the material that can be cut does not exceed 10 x 10 cm (3.9 x 3.9 inches) in size, and the thickness must not exceed 19/32 inches. This makes the saw suitable for cutting short, narrow, and small materials such as plastic, wood sticks, and chips, as well as longer materials like acrylic boards, bakelite boards, wooden boards, and aluminum boards.

Please note that this is a small, amateur-grade table saw and is not suitable for cutting longer or thicker materials, such as hardwoods like walnut, oak, or birch. Different materials require the use of specific saw blades, as outlined in the following instructions:

• 2.5-inch high-speed steel (HSS) saw blade: Cutting short, narrow, and small materials like plastic, wood sticks, and chips.
• 2.4-inch PCB saw blade: Cutting epoxy boards and double-sided copper-clad laminates. Can only cut glass fiber PCBs, not non-glass fiber PCBs.
• 2.5-inch alloy saw blade: Cutting long materials such as acrylic boards, bakelite boards, wooden boards, and aluminum boards.
• 2.5-inch resin grinding wheel cutting disc: Cutting small metal parts like iron and stainless steel (ensure the metal ring side is closest to the shaft).

To replace the saw blade, follow these steps: 1. Unscrew the four corner screws and turn the saw upside down. 2. Insert the small wrench into the shaft stop hole and loosen the screws with the large wrench. 3. Install the new saw blade, tighten the pressure plate, and ensure the tooth direction is correct. 4. Cover the panel and tighten the screws.
